Spring Trip 2010 Online Payment _______________________________________________________________

Use our convenient, secure Online Payments option to make your 2010 Spring Trip payments through PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.  Pay either from your bank account (if you have a PayPal account) or with a credit card.
Please note -- there is a 3% surcharge (the PayPal handling fee) added to your total when making online payments which will be shown as "shipping and handling." 

The first payment due is a nonrefundable $100 deposit due on October 30, 2009.  Thereafter, monthly payments of $75 each will be due on the third Friday of each month from November 20, 2009 through March 19, 2010 for a total cost of $475.  Please review the Spring Trip Commitment Letter for more details. 

For various reasons (fundraising dollars credited to your trip account, carry-over amounts from last year's account, etc.) many of you will not owe an even $75 for five payments.  If you owe an amount different than $75 for your final payment, select the bottom option below where you will be able to enter the exact dollar amount remaining to be paid.

If you need to check the balance of child's trip account, e-mail Jan Silliman at treasurer@jetband.org or check the balance through the CHARMS database.  Click here for information on how to access CHARMS.  Be sure to verify the balance remaining before making your final payment in March!  If you have any questions about your student's trip account, e-mail treasurer@jetband.org.  Questions about the PayPal process should be directed to webcoordinator@jetband.org

INSTRUCTIONS:
Please enter the Student Names(s) below in the correct category (deposit or monthly payments) and click "Pay Now" to go to the secure PayPal screen.
Once on the PayPal screen, if you are paying for more than one student, enter the number of students in the "Quantity" box, and then click "Update Totals." 
Make sure that the student name(s) are listed under the Spring Trip 2010 caption on the left side.  If they are not there, you will need to return to this screen and start over.
Click "Continue" by the credit card images    OR   sign-in to use PayPal if you have an account you'd like to use.
Enter the full information requested, then click "Review Order & Continue."
If the order is correct, click "Pay Now" to finalize the transaction.   
At any time you can cancel & return to the JET Band website by selecting the link provided.
